5:52 That's a justified reaction... for THIS game. Recently finished the 2nd and it was really fun grinding for the rare ghosts. The ones there also have really cool textures/patterns on them based on different themes, rather than JUST being recolors.

For my partner and I’s playthrough we decided to go into the switch setting and switch the the display colors to grayscale whenever Pianta stuff was happening, made it feel like an old mobster movie.

The random emails you get from characters of the previous chapters that have nothing to do with progressing the story are really cool additions. They're reminding you of the friends you already made while you're making more. Crazy how you can fight Gus before the Blooper and he would be a pretty big challenge, or you can wait a little to do things like... that. I like how the game doesn't really force you to choose a certain side between the west and east Rogueport guys. You hear the stuggles of the Robbos, but you also have the chance of feeling sorry for the Don after seeing his personal life. From there, the choice is kinda yours. Speaking of the Trouble Center... it's pretty cool. Yep. That's it. Not even a Back handed compliment. Not gonna go in too deep either. Not everything has to Blow or be a masterpiece, you know? Yeah, so... Luigi has a partner that wants to harm him terribly and probably wants him dead on top of that. That's nice! Gotta be honest... I did not trust Lumpy with a piece of garbage. I gave him 200 anyway because I could, though. Who knows how that amount of garbage will help him succeed, but who cares? I did my part! I want 99% of the money he gets if he does!

Crump and Grodus wondering why so many of their minions are barely trying to sabotage Mario and even CHEER for him: Idk if this has always been a thing to THIS extent, but I do find it funny that you guys instantly make jokes based on the mispronounciations of dialogue and the commentary based on false memories. The jokes keep escalating to random points and eventually become absolutely overwhelming. Example: "we can use this *kiwi* to free the tribe!" "Full Party of Punis on the Move." is the best overworld theme for Chapter 2 imo. I say it in that way because I can't currently think of any overworld themes on the same level as the battle tracks.

Yknow it never occured to me before this video that you basically choose a side in a racewar where both sides have equal rights to exist in the ancestral land and you do it because one side offered you a green gem. DAMN
